What’s next?

The next thing is unknown. The feeling is uncomfortable. I’m selling nothing at the moment except for services. What other services can I provide with the investments I’ve made in the last 4 years? It’s a big question.

I can’t be an idea monkey any longer. But what’s the focus? RaceTime has been a great focus for me.

This might be the last blog post on here too. I get excited about a particular idea, try it for a short period of time, and then get bored of it. Race events are always so different no matter if you are doing them every weekend. I wish we could go back to the every weekend event schedule.

Timing races is essential. At least for me it is.

It’s the only business I’ve started and maintained steady. And I’m sure the thousands of timers around the world feel the same way. Now that large events such as the Boston Marathon have gone Virtual, it’s not looking good for the remainder of 2020.

As an entrepreneur, I must do what’s best for myself, my company, and my loved ones. I’m looking into opportunities where I can help build companies with the expertise that I have gained in multiple industries throughout the past 8 years of the journey. I’m open to brand management, startup marketing, creative, sports/fitness management, software design/development, product design/development, and maybe going back to my Science roots. For now baking bread and learning food fermentation have been the side project.

It’s time to PIVOT!
